Another Great Pinterest Find!!!
During the month of Feb, I'm really going to try to step up my workout routine. I mean, really, I owe it to myself after Nov and Dec!!
As you know, I've already started back Couchto5k and am trucking right along with that. I've added in Zumba twice a week, which I really enjoy. I'm feeling pretty confident about both of those and thought I would add in this Fab Ab February too.
It looks feasible. I love these routines that start off fairly easy and work you up. I also love the fact that I can do this at the gym or at home with no problem. The only thing I may change is the Rest Day. I may make it on Sun instead of Sat. I'm not sure yet...still thinking on that one.
So, who wants to join me?!
